Reviewing stamps in submissions
Reading the report
At OKhuman, we believe in transparency. The student sees the same report that you do. This is respectful to the student and lets them hold themselves accountable.
- The verification report indicates the involvement label, the time spent, and the writer(s). If the stamp couldn't be found or be verified, the student can be asked to stamp their work and resubmit the assignment. The student guide covers these errors. Anything other than Written by Human is marked as needing attention.
- Clicking the report opens a detailed view that also shows sentence-level attribution of writers and sources.
- You can access the verification report through SpeedGrader in Canvas and your evaluation view in Brightspace.
Reviewing a stamp
Use Writers and Sources to look at contributions and pasted passages. Treat the stamp as a starting point for a conversation. Time spent writing, word count or involvement label should not be treated as a measure of writing quality. They only describe human involvement.
The OKhuman dashboard
Your assignment dashboard aggregates each stamp's label and time spent. In Canvas, choose OKhuman Dashboard from any assignment's menu (⋮).
