Reviewing your stamp in your LMS

OKhuman believes in transparency. You see exactly what your teacher sees. Submit stamped work when you are satisfied with what your stamp shows. You can stamp and review your work as described here.

Your instructor will review your stamp in the LMS. You can see this view as well.

1. Open your submission: in Canvas, from Grades or the assignment page; in Brightspace, from your list of submissions.
2. Find the OKhuman result. In Canvas, click on the “Document Processor” line above your work. In Brightspace, the writing verification column shows a short view.

   

   

3. Click on View Results Report in Canvas, or Details in Brightspace, to get the full stamp insight view.

   

   

4. This should look like the stamp information you saw with the OKhuman app.

   

   

Troubleshooting document processor errors

No stamp found in submission.
Your work should be written with OKhuman installed and enabled for your writing app. After doing this, stamp your work and resubmit.

OKhuman stamp could not be verified.
You might have deleted the stamp or the stamp is invalid. Stamp your work again and resubmit.
