Set up the OKhuman Brightspace integration

Students install the OKhuman app on their computer. They stamp their assignments with the OKhuman app and submit them as usual. A stamped assignment ends with a stamp link like웃 https://okhuman.com/62F90A. The OKhuman LTI integration allows instructors to conveniently see how involved the student was in their work. OKhuman is an LTI 1.3 Asset Processor; it needs Brightspace 20.25.9 or later with Platform Notification Service and Asset Processor available.

How it works

1. Instructors attach OKhuman to an assignment under Evaluation & Feedback › Add External Tool.
2. Students write in any writing tool, stamp their work and submit their assignments with stamps.
3. OKhuman reads the stamp and posts an involvement report to your LMS instance.

Register the tool and enable it

Go to Admin Tools › Manage Extensibility › LTI Advantage › Register Tool › Dynamic, paste https://lti.okhuman.com/register and keep Configure Deployment switched on.

The new registration is disabled by default. Open it in the LTI Advantage list, set it to Enabled and save.

Share the deployment with all descendants

Open External Learning Tools › LTI Advantage, and under Make tool available to:

1. Add Org Units, filter by type Organization, tick the organization's checkbox, choose This org unit and all descendants, then Add.
2. Save. Every org unit under the organization now appears next to the organization.

Attach it to an assignment

The first attach introduces your institution to us.

1. In any course, edit an assignment.
2. In the Evaluation & Feedback panel, go to External Learning Tools › Add External Tool.
3. Choose OKhuman and click Attach.
4. Once that's done, instructors can attach OKhuman to assignments. Point them to the instructor guide.
